Note: As a digital virtual goods service, Maggnn subscriptions and single readings are generally non-refundable. Please read the following instructions carefully before purchasing.

1. Free Trial

To protect your rights, Maggnn provides daily free experience quotas. We strongly recommend that you make full use of the free quota to experience our product features and response quality before subscribing.

2. Refundable Circumstances

We will provide a full refund if the following technical failures prevent you from using the service normally:

Payment successful but rights not activated.
System outage (over 24 hours) preventing access.
Serious data corruption or blank generated reports (screenshot proof required).

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

Refund requests due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike the result, no longer need the service).
Inaccurate results due to operation errors (e.g., wrong birth time) (we recommend using the "Re-analyze" feature).
Account ban due to violation of the user agreement.

4. Subscription Cancellation

If you subscribed to auto-renewal (monthly/yearly), you can cancel the next cycle's subscription in "Account Settings" at any time. Current benefits will be retained until the end of the cycle.
